从某种程度上，优绩主义正是以设立外部目标的方式，压制了人内在的主动性。来自社会和家庭的外部评价、过分快的生活节奏、社交媒体上繁杂无尽的信息流、被放大的欲望与焦虑……我们当下的世界里，有太多东西诱惑我们放弃主动性，去按照被动的惯性来生活。被动应对的状态看似不费什么力气，实际上却是非常消耗和令人疲惫的。

我们敬佩,这24位同学。他们或学有所长,科研辉煌;或挥洒青春,报效祖国;或躬身实践,格物致知。我们承认,他们的优秀。

我们愤慨,谁是67656,我们有自己的名字,有自己的热爱,有自己的骄傲。我们不是,也不会成为别人的陪衬;我们不是,也不会成为所谓的分母。

当前的教育模式正在为一个不存在的未来做准备。

而就在学生最需要有一个参考的时候，学校拿出了他的版本，拥有高绩点和奖学金的学生，优秀的拥有更光明的前途。为了佐证这一点，顺带再推出一众成绩好，头衔多，拿奖拿到手软的学长学姐加以造神。

而这些所谓的奖项排名，其实不过是制造稀缺，鼓励学生相互竞争的方式，为的就是管好本科生，转化研究生。于是，学生们就认为，这就是自己未来成功所需要的一切。几年下来，大学非但没让学生学会怎样合作共赢，反倒制造了分化，让大家恶性竞争。

但是大多数人对以和为贵的解读挺害人，明明是君子和而不同，最后却变成了你可以为了合群去努力，去迎合。甚至去附和。
